Emails were designed in a standard email format. I made them even more concise and easier-to-digest. I also created multiple variations that featured different types of messages to keep users engaged and build a connection with them throughout their journey.

I ran a Brand Values workshop, where the management team helped me define the most important values using a card deck as an initial start. Some of the core values were defined as trustworthy, secure, empowering, professional, intuitive, welcoming, and irreplaceable.
